Schaeffler REPXPERT Training Events

To launch Schaeffler’s worldwide REPXPERT program in North America, we developed a multifaceted training and marketing plan based off of the existing REPXPERT design.

Schaeffler engaged us to develop the training program, its messaging and collateral, and organize, market and execute two training events. The events were held in the Torrance, CA and in the Toronto, ON areas and were extremely successful in delivering the message of Schaeffler’s expertise in new technology.

Attendees had a choice of a full-day offering on either Saturday or Sunday, hands-on training, go-kart racing and more.

The events also proved a perfect time to host focus groups with the attendees to better understand how they prefer to receive training and to gauge their interest in future programs. The technicians and shop owners were excited to give our team their feedback and be included in these conversations.
